Cristianzerotre accepts orders from customers residing in Italy. The delivery times for the goods vary for each product and are indicated in the item sheet and depend on the availability of the product. The days indicated are always to be considered "working", therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and calculated from the day after the order is sent. The same start from the receipt of the payment. These times, in some cases, may be subject to delay without any responsibility on the part of CRISTIANZEROTRE. With reference to product availability, the published dates accurately reflect the information provided to Cristianzerotre by suppliers and production companies. In case of variation of these dates, Cristianzerotre will inform the Customer with an e-mail message or a phone call and the Customer can alternatively accept the new term, a replacement product or cancel the order and obtain (in case he has already made the payment) the refund of the amount without further charges to be borne by Cristianzerotre. With reference to shipments, delivery times and related costs, the main conditions are set out below:
1. Delivery times
The purchased products will be delivered by Cristianzerotre to the address indicated by the Customer exclusively through the best express couriers: GLS. Normally deliveries are made by the courier from 9.00 to 19.30, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday in the following times: Main provincial capitals: 24/48 hours Disadvantaged or remote locations: 48/72 hours Sicily, Sardinia , Calabria: 48/72 hours Minor islands: 48/96 hours Delivery times refer to the time required for the courier to deliver the products to the customer and not to the time necessary for Cristiazerotre to prepare and pack the order. Deliveries may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. Other courier delays may occur during periods of overload such as the Christmas holidays. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a "non-delivery" notice which contains a telephone number to call to arrange a new delivery. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful due to absence, the package will be taken to the local branch of the courier and within 3 days you will have to go personally to collect the goods without any surcharge. After this deadline, the courier will be able to charge the customer with additional costs for opening the storage practice and a fee for each day of delay. After 5 days the package will be returned to the sender. The service does not provide for delivery by appointment and it is possible to set the time. A sufficiently long period of time can be indicated in the order notes to allow the courier, if possible, to satisfy the request. It is therefore possible to indicate delivery requests as "morning" or "afternoon", but requests such as "deliver from 10 to 11" cannot be accepted. In any case, preferential delivery requests are not binding for the courier and for Cristianzerotre. It is also possible to use the "freeze deposit" service provided free of charge by indicating it in the order notes. In this case, the goods must be picked up at one of the courier's branches for which we will provide the address.
After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email, which can be used to check the shipping status. Please note that the courier can activate the tracking service within the next 24 hours from the shipment of the package.
The cost of transport is free, it includes the preparation of the package, packaging and insurance.
